Frequently asked questions
Is this a recovery scam?
No. We never ask for your seed phrase or wallet access, never promise to get your money back, and never contact you first. We show what public onchain data shows. Any report you file, you file yourself. Anyone promising recovery for a fee is a red flag.
Can you get my money back?
No. WalletTies is not a recovery service. Nobody can promise to get crypto back. The FBI and FTC warn that "recovery" services asking for upfront fees are often scams themselves.
Will you ask for my seed phrase or wallet login?
Never. We only need your public wallet address. Your seed phrase or private key gives total control of your wallet. Never share it with anyone.
Do you contact the police for me?
No. You file any report yourself. Our free IC3 filing guide shows how.
Does WalletTies say who is behind a wallet?
No. We show what public onchain data shows, meaning which wallets sent money to which. Links between wallets can be innocent, and we never make claims about anyone's real-world identity.
