Privacy Policy

What we collect: your name or nickname, your email, public wallet and coin addresses, transaction IDs, dates, the amount lost, your description of what happened, and any screenshots you choose to upload. We never collect seed phrases, private keys, SSNs, ID documents or bank or card numbers.
Payments: Stripe handles payments. We never see or store your card number.
Why we collect it: only to prepare your free check and report, and to email you about your case.
Sharing: we don't sell or share your information. Our service providers (Tally for forms, Stripe for payments, Google for email and storage, and blockchain data providers for public on-chain data) process it on our behalf.
Retention: we delete case data 90 days after delivery, or sooner on request. Email [email protected] to request deletion.
Security: encrypted hosted services, two-factor login on all of our accounts, and as little data as possible.
Cookies: WalletTies uses only essential cookies set by our hosting provider, intake form (Tally), and payment processor (Stripe) to run the site and protect payments. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. See Cookies.
